Order Cancellation

Pre-Shipment Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is shipped:

  • Within 1 hour: Full refund with no questions asked
  • 1-24 hours: Cancellation subject to order status
  • After 24 hours: Order may already be in processing

Cancellation Fees

  • No cancellation fee for orders cancelled within 1 hour
